Possible causes

  • Drain hose fitted too low or pushed too deep into the drain
  • Level sensor falsely reporting overfill
  • Excess foam from too much detergent
  • Board fault running the pump continuously

Safe first checks you can do

Safety: unplug the appliance and close the water tap before any check, and never open the outer casing or electronic boards yourself.
  1. Raise and secure the drain hose to the height in the manual
  2. Use less detergent, made for front-loaders
